Athletic Performance

Our training style is distinct in that we take a movement based approach to training our athletes.  While speed, power, and acceleration are staples of our training programs, we recognize that those qualities alone DO NOT make you a great athlete. We blend science and practical application.

At Ignite, we emphasize sport specific movement and “open environment” agility. The kind that actually translates to competition.

Our training sessions emphasize speed, agility, power, and injury prevention. Each one of our sessions emphasizes sport specific movements and exercises to target our athletes deficiencies.

We not only want athletes that perform well in the weight room, we want athletes that dominate on the field.
