At ignite, we emphasize sport specific movement and “open environment” agility – the kind that actually translates to competition. Our training style is distinct in that we take a movement based approach to training our athletes. While speed, power, and acceleration are staples of our training programs, we recognize that those qualities alone DO NOT make you a great athlete.

One phrase we constantly say to our athletes is, Your best ability is your availability. With injury rates being significantly higher in female athletes compared to male athletes, we take a proactive approach to injury with our girls sports performance programs.
At Ignite we create an environment for our athletes to feel safe and empowered. But most importantly, get the results they want.
