Coach Rob is the co-owner of Ignite Performance and has been working in the strength and conditioning field in Arizona for almost 10 year.
After graduating from ASU, Rob started his career working with NFL draft prospects for the NFL combine, NFL athletes, MLB athletes and high school athletes.‌ Since then, Rob has helped over 150 high school athletes achieve a scholarship to play collegiate sports. Rob is also on the Arizona board for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) to grow the strength and conditioning community and help educate fellow coaches.
Rob is known for getting athletes faster where it matters, at their sport. Taking a different approach to speed training that helps athletes be their fastest where it matters most. He’s also worked extensively with baseball athletes and takes an out of the box approach to help his population throw harder, while staying healthy and robust
Rob has 2 kids and enjoys hiking, camping, archery hunting and traveling with his family.
